A benefit to restore the Lord & Burnham Greenhouse at Glen Magna Farms.
The Society will be restoring the 1930’s Lord and Burnham greenhouse to include classroom/meeting space, hands-on work space and a retail space to sell the product students will grow. The project includes replacing the glass roof system, heating, ventilation, water and electrical systems, rebuilding work benches, potting stations and exterior clapboards as needed.
We have completed the sturdy work benches, painted the exterior, brought in a water source.
Spend the afternoon enjoying catered food and drink, listening to live music and strolling through the stunning historic garden rooms.
